She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University. There is no single approach that works for everyone, but Dr. Sterling believes that if she can create a positive impact on the lives of her patients every day, thus effectively improving the health of individuals in Delaware and the medical system over time. Dr. Sterling’s goal is to utilize her skills and clinical experiences to teach students, patients, and their families how to understand their illnesses and incorporate home health care to prevent further health problems, while promoting health and wellness, preventive care, and anti-aging therapies. Her experiences include multiple areas of care such as medical surgical, hospice, long-term care, emergency/urgent care, occupational health, and family practice.
